2014 Sanrio Hello Kitty CHILD VEST Life Jacket New with TAG but Storage

Preowned, vest is new with tag but there is a worn spot on the front - I don't think the vest was stored properly - see pics. Otherwise, seems fine - no tears, no major marks/stains.
