Like new Alpinestar Viper Air performance padded motorcycle jacket

Please see sizing chart below and pics of measurements in inches of the chest and length, but it measure 28 inches bottom of armpit to bottom of armpit. It also measures 28 inches from the base of the collar to the bottom of the jacket in back. These measurements were taken with the jacket lying flat, so please factor accordingly for yourself.
Trying it on myself, I wear am XL regular coat and the jacket fit ok in the shoulders, but is tight around my post-holiday waist.
