This women's New With Tags (NWT) American Rag Cie jacket is a beautiful Fall brown color in a lace pattern. It is a bit see through and zips up. There are 2 hand pockets with snap closure, The sleeves are roll tab so can be worn up or down. The hem is elasticized. Measurements are: arm pit to arm pit 16.5 inches, sleeve length 15.5 inches rolled down, shoulder seam to shoulder seam 14 inches and under back collar to hem 21.5 inches.
