Anthropologie Idra Blue Velvet Peplum Jacket size 4 blue velvet

This is a nice used jacket, size 4. Unsure on how they size, with this brand, but looks to be a size large regular size. I wear a med. and it is a bit large on me, but not bad. I have tried to picture the measurements. Please check out these and try to assure it is your size. This belonged to my daughter in law. When she gave it to me it was missing 2 buttons, so I replaced them all so they matched. Also pictured is a very small spot where fabric has lost some color. Not noticeable, but worth mentioning.
