Authentic US Army Field Jacket With Patches Small Short

Here is a authentic US Army field jacket.  Size on tag is small short.  There are three patches and I don’t know what they mean.  There are two areas of some light stains that looks like faded, light, paint as pictured on sleeves near Eagle patches.  All snaps work and no missing buttons.  The zipper pull is missing and looks like that area was reinforced with green thread.  A worn spot in back and a small stain on front.  Wear on bottom edge of jacket.  The chest is 20 inches armpit to armpit.  The length from back collar seam to bottom is 28 1/2 inches.  Thanks for looking.
