Couloir Premium Ski Jacket Multi Pocket Hooded Blue Color Blocked

This really cool coat is very versatile with tons of pockets inside and out. There are special compartments for IDs/credit cards and keys/phones. A huge pocket on the back can hold gloves, hats, and other winter apparel. Overall the jacket is in good condition, no rips or holes, however there are tiny surface spots throughout the blue areas- please see last few photos.
The size tag has been removed, but looks like a small/medium. Please review measurements.
