Vintage CC FILSON Double MACKINAW CRUISER Jacket Olive 100% Wool S-42

This classic Filson double Mackinaw Cruiser 100% wool jacket is in beautiful vintage condition. I found it an an estate sale but no one had any history on it. From what I could research about the label, this jacket was made in the 1980's and is still a classic Filson jacket today. The white tag is faded but I will print what is on it.   CC Flilson Co - Seattle - Made in the USA - STYLE 83XL - Size 42 - 100% Virgin Wool - Professional - Dry Clean Only - It also had the 100% PURE WOOL tag. This jackets label has changed through the years but not much has changed from the style of the original jacket.
The thick wool material quality is amazing with no signs of wear. The front is missing a button that I found in one of the pockets and there is also an extra one sewn on the inside. All the snaps work great and all the stitching is perfect. Maybe they always look this good but I would doubt for its age if this jacket has been worn very much. There is a slight color difference on the back bottom corner that I have taken a picture of. It looks like it might have been from the sun. The label says it is a size 42 and I have done my best to show the measurements in the pictures and would be glad to answer any questions. The color is a nice deep olive green but for some reason some of the pictures showed up more gray.
This jacket is just about as nice as a brand new jacket with the history and reputation of the Filson company behind it. I enjoyed learning a little about this legendary company and its products.
