This coat/jacket looks like it was cut all along the bottom and cuffs. Someone basically shortened the jacket and it doesn’t look like it was done professionally. Since it has that fringe look all along the edges it’s not as noticeable. I tried on the jacket and it fits me all the way to my knees. I am 5’6. Cuffs are also frayed and look like they have been cut.
If the shortening of the jacket doesn’t bother you, it’s a great coat. It’s still in overall great pre-owned condition. Measurements are approximate. This jacket was really hard to measure.
