These are like a heavy field shirt or a lightweight short jacket style. These jackets have a full zipper and snap closed storm flap, two front snap closure pockets, left sleeve snap closure pocket, shoulder epaulets (some with rank insignia), name attachment strip and the German Army patch on the upper left sleeve. Some may have a faded tag but the sizing will be correct. Sizes and measurements are: Gr. 1 is considered a size small but it equates to a Standard U.S. size Small/Medium/Short. Chest measures app. 21" armpit to armpit and 42" all of the way around the jacket from just below the armpits. Shoulders measure 17 1/2" from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. Sleeves measure 22 1/2" from the outer edge of the shoulder seam to the tip of the sleeves. Length is app. 26 1/2". Gr. 7 is considered a size Medium but it would best fit a Standard U.S. size Small/Medium/Regular. Chest measures app. 21 1/2" armpit to armpit and 43" all of the way around the jacket from just below the armpits. Shoulders measure 17 1/2" from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. Sleeves measure 24" from the outer edge of the shoulder seam to the tip of the sleeves. Length is app. 28". I have one Gr. 7 with damage on the sleeve. You can see the damage in the last photo. I discounted the jacket $8.0 for that reason. I have three other size Gr. 1 that are a bit larger than the ones above. They equate to a Standard U.S. size Medium/Regular.
