of blazer, around bottom edge, sleeve hem and slit!
The lace has a shimmer to it.
Also at all of those edges and around collar band is a velveteen ruffle.
The double buttons down the front are gorgeous!

98% cotton, 2% spandex. Has a bit of stretch.
