Elastic sleeves to keep the cold air out. It has a leopard faux fur hoodie for extra winter warmth. Measurements are:  19 1/2 inches armpit to armpit; length is 31 1/2 inches; shoulder to shoulder is 20 inches; hood is 11 1/2 inches tall (measured from back) and 19 inches wide (at widest point measured from the back)
