I tried my best to present the color but I saw better images online of this jacket so please use the search engine as a comparison. Online they say taupe beige but it sure isn't that color but the jacket is identical to mine. For me it's more dark sage.)

Sleeves are normal. There aren't any buttons to close the sleeve cuffs. You just put your arm through the sleeve.
