This is a Ladies Weatherproof Garment Company Sz S Black Quilted Lined Jacket With Zip Off Sleeves. It zips up the front. The shell is made of 100% Polyester. The fill and the lining is made of 100% Polyester. It is in good condition. It is size S. It measures approx. 15" across the shoulders. It measures approx. 22 1/4" from top middle of the shoulder to the bottom of the jacket. It measures approx. 18 3/4" from arm pit to arm pit. It measures approx. 18 1/2" across the bottom of the jacket. The sleeve length is approx. 18 1/2".  It has a pocket in the front on both sides. It also has a secret pocket on the inside left upper part that zips closed. The sleeves zip off to make it into a very cool looking vest. It has a little elastic on both sides in the back of the jacket.
