The First Class shipping will arrive in 15-25 days and will not be traceable online, USPS Priority Mail International - $37.95.
International Priority Mail will arrive in approx 6-10 business days and is traceable online. Please make sure you if you need your package fast to select International Priority Mail.
Duties and Taxes For California Residents :
9.25% sales tax will be added at checkout. For International customers
: Costume Kingdom Inc. will not be responsible for any duties and or taxes you will incur (if any) for receiving your package. We prepay all shipping fees in advance so any fee that is imposed on you is a duty or tax that your country applies on the shipment. We will be including a copy of your invoice on the outside of the package as documentation for the customs house. Most taxes and duties equal 15-25% of the purchase price. We have found that 90% of the packages we send DO NOT get charged extra fees in the recipients country.
Most items can be returned within 14 days from Delivery Date. Refunds are for the price of the merchandise only and we do NOT refund any shipping charges. Any and all orders with a free shipping promotion will be credited back the price of the item less the cost of what it cost us to ship the item out to you. (Most items $6.50-7.50).
For International orders the same applies no duties, taxes or customs fees are refunded under any circumstance. The following Items are not returnable if opened under any circumstances; this is done for sanitary reasons.

Any order that contains 4 or more of the same item and is returned is considered a special order and is subject to a 15% restocking fee and all other return policies apply.
Once orders are placed it is impossible for us to cancel them since we ship out most orders within hours after the order is placed and if you need to cancel it you must wait to get the package and then return it.
If you return an item, once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in a timely manner. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt of return, during Halloween please allow up to 2 weeks. You will be notified via email when this refund has taken place.
