Vintage 90’s Michigan Wolverines Starter Jacket Parka Size XL Puffer Hooded READ. This Jacket is Pre-owned and has some flaws. The zipper does not work but the buttons work. It is missing the very bottom button. It also has a rip by the left pocket. The other pocket has some wear on it as well. The ends of the sleeve have some minor holes and wear.
