Brand New with tags, the picture with me wearing one is my person suit, you will receive a new factory sealed suit.
These suits fit very well, unlike normal gear these are made long enough in both arms & legs to fully fit, you don’t need to buy one size larger to fit your long arms. Marmot was serious about building these in a professional manner for professional work, there’s no shortcomings.
This is called a 8000 Meter suit but that doesn’t tell the story, these are very nice for all sorts of low altitude sports. I’ve never been above 2500 meters in my life but I use my person suit a lot, ice fishing, Elk hunting on stand & as a sleeping bag. A first impression is they are to big for other activities but it’s not, once you try one on you’ll see many practical & different applications for this suit. It also makes a fabulous emergency kit in the trunk of your car, in the city, stuck in a traffic jam in winter this could make a life or death situation seem like fun. This suit should not be sold as an 8000 Meter climbers tool, it’s so much more, any northern city dweller can benefit from this survival suit. I like to use it as my sleeping bag on hunting trips when the weather is cold.
The inner jacket has special extra long sleeves with cuff control designed to absolutely keep you covered in all situations & can be used all by itself. I use the inner jack everyday at least 90 days out of the year, it’s the most perfect jacket I ever found & that’s saying a lot as I own 6 goose down jackets. You can separate out the inner jacket to make things cooler when needed. Suit has ventilation zippers in the sides & back door zipper for toilet duty.
