Brand new with tags, purchased from SAKS Fifth Avenue online store in the US. There is a small knife cut close to the front bottom of the coat. The length of the cut is about 1.5". Last two photos show the position and size of the cut. Maybe you can fix it with some adhesive from inside. It's not very obvious. The white stuffs around the cut are actually duck down, and can be removed. The price already took consideration of this defect.
