This is flattering, classic anorak jacket by Willow & Clay.  It is made of 100% sturdy cotton, and has an intriguing wash effect/ splash design of olive green on a dark brown background.  There are drawstrings at the hemline, waistline, and on the hood.  It has a full front zip, with reinforcing snap buttons, two front pouch pockets, and two front slip pockets.  The sleeves can be worn as full length or rolled and secured as three quarter length (see photos)... a really cool feature! This jacket is a size small, and measures approximately 27" in length, and 19" across (underarm to underarm), laying flat.
