As a courtesy service, we offer fitting and installation right here in our own optical lab. Send your eyewear and the original lenses to our optical lab in Pennsylvania. That's all we need. The buyer is responsible for any loss or damage caused by using this service. RETURNS
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less any applicable restocking fees. When making returns and exchanges, please remember that all items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unused, in original selling condition, with tags attached, and with the original packaging.
RESTOCKING FEES: Unless the product is defective or the return is the direct result of a Seek Optics error, Seek Optics may charge a restocking fee of 15% (fifteen) or up to $12 of the purchase price paid less shipping and handling, plus any applicable sales tax. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
