MINK BROWN FUR COAT JACKET USED Sz Medium ? Womens Mid Length Vtg T Zander

This was left to me by my grandmother's estate, and I live in Florida and wear flip flops in the winter. It's just been in a garment bag in the closet. I thought about making a blanket or pillows out of it, but maybe someone in a colder climate could use it for some warmth.
It's a nice coat, just old and likely needs some maintenance. Sold as-is. I don't know much about fur. It is embroidered with her name in the lining, probably made in New Jersey or New York probably in the 80s, could also be late 70s or early 90s. They lived in South Jersey and this coat was a gift from my grandpa to her.
She was meticulous with keeping things tidy and clean, and I've only tried it on.
My grandpa did smoke cigars, but it's been at least 25 years since it was around tobacco, was stored in a garment bag when not worn out for special occasions, and I don't notice any bad odors besides the definite smell of dust from storage in the closet for years, and mink fur.
Measurements shown are the back from the bottom of the collar seam to the hem, inside the coat. 2nd measurement is approximately the armpit to armpit along the back inside the coat. Probably fits womens size 6-8 with some room. The sleeves are not super long if you're tall. I wasn't sure how to measure those. The bottom cuff of the sleeve to the armpit was around 15 inches outside the coat and where I assume the shoulder might start to the bottom was around 23 inches on the outside of the coat.
