You will find your SmartPost label included within your order's paperwork. To return an item via SmartPost, simply place the items you want to return into a box, apply the SmartPost label we provided and drop the box off at any Fedex location or at your local USPS post office. Please note that estimated SmartPost transit times are 2-7 business days.
We will accept returned items and issue credits only if they are still in their original condition and have not been worn or washed.
