Overall nice clean condition. No damage or issues other than normal minor wear. Please see photos for details and measurements. A few minor stains and markings. The zippers and seals are in good condition. All fabric is in nice pliable condition.
One tiny hole, not all the way thru, on the front zipper flap near the bottom as seen in photos. It looks like a small white dot. There is also a small hole near the bottom of the zipper on the inside flap as seen in photos. Both very minor.
No signs that the gore Tex membrane layer has any issues.
Most of the elastic is in good condition with some small areas being over stretched.
Smoke and odor free. Clean smell.
