Stretchable, made of 97% Cotton & 3% Spandex. Super soft velvet fabric. Asian Style. Size 1X. Measurements: Shoulder seam to shoulder seam across the back= 17". Seam to seam completely around the bust area= 46". Length from center of shoulder seam to bottom= 22.5". Sleeve length from shoulder tip to bottom of sleeve= 26".
