Its wind resistant and water repellent outer shell, constructed of a durable nylon/cotton blend. Manufactured by U.S. government contractor Golden Mfg. Co. in the U.S.A. for the U.S. Army to exact military specifications. These come with or without new, non-issued U.S. Military O.D. Green button in liners. If you purchase the jacket with a liner it will look like the one in the photos. Note that the liners are large/regular sizes. Marked Size Large/Short for a height of up to 67". Actual measurements taken from the outside of the jacket are 25" Armpit to Armpit, 50" measured all of the way around the jacket from just beneath the armpits, shoulders measure 21" from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. Sleeves measure 25" from the outer edge of the shoulder seam to the tip of the sleeves, length is app. 30" measured from beneath the collar to the bottom hem. Water repellent and wind resistant shell, hidden-in-collar hood, drawstring waist and hem, four oversized pockets, zip front and snap storm flap. Shell 50% Cotton, 50% Nylon, inner lining cotton/nylon blend. Inner buttons to accommodate the optional M65 liner . Heavy duty YKK zipper.  All are b rand new, non-issued, clean and no damage.
