Vancouver Grizzlies Starter Mens "S" winter puffer jacket EUC Vintage

Men's SMALL  (but can be  used as a Youth XL depending on how you want it to fit) Vintage 1994 (as embroidered on the small Grizzlies logo at the bottom of the center front zipper) shown in picture #3. GRIZZLIES were in Vancouver from 1995-2001 (Wikipedia) & this was their inaugural season jacket.  (Now they are the Memphis Grizzlies.)
Jacket is  a winter pull-over with a front "quarter-zip"  heavy duty vinyl zipper.  It has a wide overlap with large snaps to secure the flap over
the zipper.  The bottom has wide elastic with a quarter-zip heavy duty vinyl zipper at the left hand waist.  Each wrist has elastic.  The 3 panel hood
has a black drawstring with original "Starter" adjustable stoppers (drawstring is sewn in/tacked so it can't pull out).  The front large pocket has
a large flap (embroidered with "Grizzlies" & a bit of thread distress- please see details below & pic #5) & is secured with Velcro.
Jacket is constructed from:
100% Nylon:  Outer shell  with a P.U. coating (water resistant???? if not water proof????)
100% Nylon:  Lining
100% Polyester filling/batting
Starter brand jacket in EUC with all tags, labels & identifying trinkets still attached:
>silver-tone metal "Starter" pull tag on front (quarter zip) opening (pic #3)
>both silver-tone adjustable drawstring cord stoppers (pic #3)- these do have some "distress" where the silver has worn off in places...
you can still easily read the "Starter" & see the star on each one
>embroidered ribbon "Starter" double-sided (left hand waist quarter-zip) zipper pull (pic #9)
>there is some paint worn off on the quarter-zipper at the waist where the ribbon  pull tab is (pic #9), could be touched up if desired
Embroideries included as shown with no damage EXCEPT please note:
> the front "Grizzlies" that goes across the top of the large stomach pocket has some tiny thread breakage & some worn away (pic #5)
this has been evaluated by a professional  seamstress/embroiderer & could be EASILY repaired if desired.  If not repaired it is not
essentially that noticeable (if you're a perfectionist, you can see it).
>all other embroideries in (almost, to the human eye) in original condition
Jacket is clean & has been washed as directed:
>tag says to Machine wash cold & separately,  no bleach,  tumble dry low
no dry clean
>PLEASE NOTE:  the WHITE stripes have some discoloration & look grayed in spots  (pics #2, 7, 10) that did not come out with the
recommended washing instructions.  The WORST spots are shown in pic #10 & look like they could be ink or something...
they are small (less than 1/4 inch) & the whole spot area is about 1/2 inch.
The white parts may be cleanable. We didn't want to risk making them worse  with out limited knowledge on what to do.
Actual measurements:
26.5 inches  =  Neck to bottom edge of waist elastic
52  inches    =  chest
68  inches    =  wrist elastic across jacket to wrist elastic (sleeve length with no shoulder seams)
45  inches   =   waist elastic stretched out to the max
32  inches   =   waist elastic not stretched at all
