This vintage coat is in great preowned condition. This item does not come with the hood. It has no rips or tears. There is a small spot on the back, which is pictured. I do believe this will wash out. I have personally worn this as a city carrier through several very harsh winters and it’s always kept me warm. The zipper and all buttons work as they should. Both pockets function properly with Velcro on each side. This item is within US postal regulations for uniform wear.
