The lining is shot. Even pockets bad. Zippers all work, Shoulder to shoulder 21", armpit to armpit 25 1/2", cuff to shoulder 22", collar to base 28 1/2". Why look like everyone else? I think it is horse, very heavy, but not sure. Very thick. The sleeve is actually 24", 2" are cuffed under. Photo 12 shows a picture of sleeve uncuffed. 24" cuff to shoulder.
