Vintage KitchenAid Hobart NSF Tin Plate over Steel Hot Water / Ice Jacket for Models F and Models M - WJ; circa 1930s XXX RARE Seller Refurbished - Water Jacket is in excellent condition.  Original genuine Hobart water jacket was de-greased, washed, rinsed, polished and sanitized in preparation for this sale.  It is ready for immediate food use. This water jacket fits all KitchenAid Models F and Models M, 3.5 qt. bowl lift style mixers.  They were made by Hobart Mfg. Corp. in Troy Ohio during the period 1930 to 1935. The WJ hot water / ice jacket is used to heat or cool the mixing bowl so you can mix using precise temperature.  Also the WJ jacket is needed to make the Colander and Sieve and Roller Set attachment work properly as this WJ jacket will catch the processed foods that move through the Colander and Sieve system.  The Colander and Sieve and Roller Set attachment is not included in this listing and is sold separately.
