armpit to armpit 28 1/2 in,
Neck to bottom 28.5 in
shoulder to shoulder 23 1/2 in
shoulder to cuff 27 in
Classic 1980s style with the shoulder straps and neck strap leather is slightly shiny in very good condition looks to only have been worn a few times. By the tag I think this to be a 2000s or late 1990s remake of the classic 1980s pattern. Also because they didn't do these a lot in leather or larger sizes in the '80s.
