I am unsure if this is military issue. No branding tag. Size large in pre-owned condition. Flaws being missing sleeve cuff buttons, a mark on one sleeve, a flaw on the inside liner, a minor flaw on the zipper track, a few marks on the back near the bottom, and light general wear throughout.
