From my personal collection, no dry rot.
This has been worn/washed a few times but stitching is excellent, embroidered patch on the front, and stitching of the stripes excellent. Silk screen on the back is good, except for a a small portion that is rubbed off (see images), otherwise still sharp and not cracked. Fabric is lightly faded but still in excellent shape.
