This is a very cool jacket, in great shape from the 1950's...the leather is in great shape and has the look and feel of horsehide, but I cannot verify as the mfg tag is missing with the size and material information....there is one repair to a belt loop, but otherwise great shape...This has a sewn-in belt with buckle in front...the liner is a maroon color with some fading but intact....The zippers are all original and in good working order, front zipper is marked ESKO....maker is unknown to me. measurements are: pit to pit = 18", shoulder to shoulder = 16", bottom of collar to bottom of jacket = 23", sleeves: pit to cuff = 23", shoulder to cuff = 26". * I am leather vintage motorcycle jacket collector and all of my
jackets are NOT closet Queens, cheap imports, reproductions or
fashion garments….My jackets are all genuine veterans of the sport
of motorcycle riding and all have a history ( sometimes secret)
imbedded in them…..these are the real thing... They will exhibit some wear and patina, but any flaws or damage will be noted.
