Hi, you are looking at a Vintage Nike White Tag Quilted Windbreaker Jacket, size Mens Large. It has been washed however has a large stain inside, as noted in a photo. There are also a couple small white spots to an arm and the big swoosh on back looks dirtied. There are a few tiny holes under the big swoosh that are losing some of the filler. There's general surface wear from being worn regularly.
