I am the original owner of this jacket. Purchased in the late 90's.
Color looks a bit washed out in the photos. My white balance is just terrible with these artificial lights. The jacket is a true black.
All the buckles and zipper function great.
The fabric is a cotton denim. Rugged and well made.
