VTG 1978 Russian USSR Constitution Basic Law Mini Hardcover Book w/ Dust Jacket. Book is in very nice vintage condition.  There is little to no corner/edge wear on the cover.  All pages are intact and there's no writing inside.  The outer dust jacket does have one small tear on top center part near the binding.  The book is quite small, measuring 3.25" wide by 3.75" tall.  This book was published in 1978 after certain changes were adopted to the Soviet Constitution in 1977.  Please see all pictures.
