It has one front button, has a wide lapel, has front pockets, and one center rear vent. The vest is solid light blue, is button-front, and has an adjustable rear strap(elastic has worn on the strap). The inside jacket tag reads 40R and exact measurements have been given because sizing varies from garment to garment. The jacket has some very light spots on it but noting really noticeable.
