AVIREX G-2 JACKET From 1987, this is an G-2 Jacket made by AVIREX for the U.S. Navy under spec 7823 (made in New York City) Lining is poly/cotton with printed patriotic Avirex details. There are a few tears in the  lining, but this jacket is still very wearable! SIZING: Mens 40 (equivalent to a medium) Chest: 46" Waist Hem: 36" to 42" Full length, laid flat, from base of collar to bottom hem, taken from the back: 25" Shoulder Seam to Shoulder Seam: 21" Shoulder Seam to End-of-Sleeve: 24" Middle of shoulder blade to end of sleeve (across middle of the back): 31" Condition: This vintage jacket has that rare decades-old patina with scuffs, folds, nicks, & creases.
