Very good condition. No rips or damage. The snaps on the sides, for adjustment, have some tarnish on the them. I haven’t tried to get it off, but I’m sure it will. They work just fine
It is a size large, but a generous size.  It may even fit an XL

Top of neck to bottom hem is 33”
Shoulder seam to end of cuff is 33”
