Sizing seems small for a Men’s but I could not find a size chart online for this brand. Possibly womens? Or teen sizing?

only flaw I see are some little tiny wear marks along back of the collar. They almost look like they could be from storage or just maybe a slack hanger was used— PLEASE SEE LAST PHOTO w/ red circles to see these “wear spots”
